Fair Price Medicine Shops through PPP for 31 Hospitals
Name of Organizations who have become H1 Bidders after opening of Financial Bids (i.e. % of Discount offered on MRP) of all technically qualified applicants

This is to notify for all concerned that the name of Organizations, who have become H1 Bidders for each of the 31 Hospitals after opening of Financial Bids of all technically qualified applicants, are published herewith.

All these Organizations who have become H1 Bidders as per list published herewith are hereby advised to contact the Superintendent of the concerned Hospital for initiating necessary activities (viz. identification of space/room etc) relating to establishment of the Fair Price Medicine Shop (FPMS). They are also advised to contact the concerned personnel at Swasthya Bhawan (Telephone nos. 2333-0613/ 2333-0628) for next course of actions for early operationalisation of the FPMS in all these Hospitals.

In the above context, this is for information that the selection of the H1 bidders, whose names are published herewith, are liable to be cancelled if any discrepancies are found on subsequent verification of the copy of the documents submitted by the bidders with that of the original documents and/or any information provided by the bidders with that of the actual information. It is also hereby notified that additional information/clarification may be sought for necessary verifications before issuing offer letters to these Organizations.
