Sir,

I am directed to inform you that West Bengal Staff Selection Commission is all set to conduct LDA/LDC Recruitment Examination, 2013 on this December 15th, 2013 for about 4.5 lakh candidates in around 1100 examination venues across the span of the state of West Bengal. The Commission will conduct the examination through the district administrations in the respective districts and by itself in Kolkata, North & South and Salt Lake. Admit cards have been issued, examination materials have been despatched in different districts excepting Kolkata and Salt Lake. The briefing sessions with the venues Supervisors i.e, Heads of the Institution are being held in all the districts. It has been reported from different districts that considerable portions of the pedagogy i.e, the teachers of schools and colleges are expressing their unwillingness in performing duties as Invigilators. This has posed some inconveniences and uncertain ties in this regard.

I am, therefore, directed to request you to kindly issue necessary instructions so that cooperation from the pedagogy in general may be ensured for smooth and successful conduct of this examination. There being only a couple of days left, an urgent action in this regard is earnestly solicited.

Yours faithfully
