NOC/ Recognition of Un-Aided Private Schools

As per provisions contained under section 18(2) of RTE Act, 2009 and Rule 10 (11) of the West Bengal RTE Rule, 2012 the State Government in School Education Department issues provisional “No Objection Certificate” for a term of one year in respect of the Un-Aided Private Schools as listed below:

Permanent ‘No Objection Certificate’ may however be issued after fulfillment of the undertaking given by the school in the affidavit already submitted by the School authority to School Education Department for which the School authority should apply before the concerned District Inspector of School in proper manner adducing relevant documents at least 3 months before the expiry of the tenure of this NOC.

This ‘No Objection Certificate’ shall be treated as certificate of recognition for the period as mentioned. The school authorities are now requested get themselves affiliated with the concerned academic Board/ Council in West Bengal or Central Boards as applicable.

The above recognition is based on the Application for Recognition of Un-Aided Schools.
