    There is an huge gap of DA with Central Government employees [Difference 42% DA + 15% HRA (only in Kolkata) + City Allowance (for Kolkata city only)]. Besides LTC for every staff for every 4 Year (Block Year). State Govt employee gets only one LTC during his Service tenure. It should try to remove the gap otherwise there will be a demonstration in every offices in West Bengal.
