The first criteria of appointment of AHM is Hons/PG.If a pass graduate teacher having PG degree be selected in that post what should be his PB and Grade pay?

How could a pass graduate be able to selected as AHM?A teacher with 5 yrs of working experience,hons/pg degree with b.ed
is eligible to apply for the post.After joining the post his/her pay will be fixed with 3% extra increment and rs 200 extra on the Grade Pay.That means 4800+200=5000 will be the grade pay.
a pass graduate teacher with PG degree means that he/she is not approved by DI as PG teacher and that’s why is not eligible to apply for the post.
