I have joined in Hons/PG category in normal section in a SSM post in 2007. As per Govt order no upper primary teacher can do B.Ed in regular mode(only through odl) from 2013. I take IX X XI XII classes. My questions are:-
1) Am I an upper primary teacher as per the post specification?
2) Can I do B.Ed in regular mode in 2013-14 session?

although it seems to be redeculas but as per hooghly DI is concern a teacher is suppose to be a upper primary teacher what is he/she reflected in COSA supplied by the school i.e in cosa if a teacher is assigned to be a upper primary teacther (indicated by the option 4 in the cosa) he/ she is a upper primary teacher and eligible to do Bed in ODL mode. NO other category teacher is allowed to do bed in odl mode, they have to get their bed degree in regular mode.
