It gives me great pleasure to inform you that you have been selected for Haji Mohd Mohsin Endowment Fund Scholarship for the year 2014 on the basis of your excellent performance in your Madhyamik Examination/ High Madrasha Examination/Alim Examination-2014.
Therefore, I convey the sanction for payment of a sum of Rs. 20, 000/- (Rupees Twenty thousands) only as one time scholarship out of the Mohd Mohsin Endowment Fund Scholarship in the year, 2014.
You are requested to receive your scholarship award in a function to be held on 1st August, 2014, Friday at Rabindra Okakura Bhaban, Salt Lake at 2.30 p.m. Registration will start 12-00 noon on wards.
You are also requested to report at the venue for documentation with the Following documents:
- Two copies of passport size photograph
- Two Copies of attested mark sheet of last Examination 2014
- ID Card of the present course of study
- Original Mark sheet of last Examination 2014 for verification
Further, 1st August, 2014 being Friday, the Friday Namaz is offered in the Muslim Prayer Hall of our offices which is very nearer to Rabindra-Okakura Bhaban, Salt Lake.
