    If a staff does not attend School in vacation despite HOI’s direction , what disciplinary steps can be taken ?


    It is a controversial matter. Here HOI may request the staff to attained school during vacation for any urgent jobs. If the incumbent is present minimum 7 days or more then he / she is given half days of attendance as compensatory leave. If there is sufficient reason to do not attained school, the HOI should consider the matter and ask to other staff.
