      Dear all friends ,
      Can you provide me the information regarding the formation of Academic Council & Staff Council in Govt Aided Junior High Schools ? Thanks in advanced .

        FORMATION OF ACADEMIC COUNCIL
        Approved, permanent and in additional post who has been serving for minimum two years ( teachers/librarian)-3 (not more than three)persons will be elected/selected as the member of the academic council of a school. In case of H.S. school the number will not exceed by 5 (five).President and Secretary will be the H.M. and A.H.M. respectively. If there is no A.H.M. then the secretary will be selected by the others (mainly from elected/selected members of the newly constructed M.C.
        The H.M. of the school will conduct meetings in every 2 months interval.
        FORMATION OF STAFF COUNCIL
        Approved, permanent and in additional post who has been serving for minimum two years from all category ( para teachers/part time teachers will not be consider) will be members of the staff council of a school. President will be the H.M. and Secretary will be selected/elected by the others ( para teachers/part time teachers will not be consider).
        The H.M. of the school will conduct meetings in every 3 months interval.
