    Pls help me with the procedure of general transfer on special grounds.

    Officially, there hasn’t been any Notification regarding general Transfer on Special Ground for the Assistant Teachers till now.     But, is that ‘official’? Have those teachers applied through the competent authorities like the DIs, or AIs and the WBRSSC (the recommendation authority as per http://www.wbsed.gov.in/wbsed/readwrite/notifications/120113171421001.pdf) with due permission of the school MC?

    As of now you can submit your application with proper documents as has been specified in General Transfer Rules. But the forwarding and recommendations will be done after due notification is published, as [USER=2973]@sourishjal[/USER] mentioned in his post.
    As I have heard so far from different sources.

    As far as I know from a D.I. office, transfer on special ground is a continuing process whole the year.

I have put up a part of the G.T. Rules 2015 and highlighted a part that contradicts the words of the officials.

    pls arrangee to supply a letter for transfer on following ground.1. so far distance from office to residence to and fro 300 km.2.parents illness. children education. newborn baby have to take care.
