I am an assistant teacher in a Govt. sponsored secondary school in a permanent post. I joined 7 years ago through SSC and I have around 100 ML accrued. I have also 7 CL unused for this year. Due to health issue, I have not gone to school after summer holidays. I was present on the last day of school before summer holiday started. It seems I can join only after puja vacation and I would be joining the first day after puja vacation ends.
To all the subject matter experts, my questions are:
1. in this case, how many days of leave would be counted by as per the Govt rule?
2. Will the summer holidays and puja holidays be excluded from the total no of leaves I have taken?(as I was present on the last day before summer vacation and will be present first day after puja vacation).
3. How many days would be taken and adjusted from my ML(against the leave taken) and how many days I would be without pay? *Summer Holiday–25th May, 13, Saturday was the last day before summer holiday started, school opened on 17th June, 13 (Monday)
*Puja Holidays – Last school day before puja vacation will be 9th Oct, 13, School will open on 5th Nov, 13.
