I have been doing govt. job as as staff nurse under West-Bengal state Govt. since 1991. My husband is also now working under a p.s.u My mother-in-law is a cancer patient. my wife is a high school teacher of gov.school. she want to join me as iam working at abroad. How and what is the procedure to get one year extraordinary leave ? how to approach and whom to approach …. how many days it will take to get the order on N.O.C if i apply today. please give any one the way and possibilities to get leave for one year. most of the people telling we have no idea..even the officers also . what is the G.O number. some body telling only six months you will get . after that come ,join and again apply like that telling…this process is disturbing us a lot…we need one year leave with out pay also . please guide us…July 6, 2015 at 9:07 pm #52470AsmitParticipant

My sister is an AT in a govt aided school. Presently she wants to join her husband who works abroad for a period of 10 months. She has never taken any medical leave nor any other leave since her joining on 17.10.2007.
Please advice whether she can take a leave of continuous 10 months and if there will be any service break in that case.

I want to know the rules for availing Government holidays which are to be availed by the Senior PHN or PHN under WBHS who are posted in different Blocks/Rural Hospitals. Whether all government Holidays or Holidays declared under N.I. Act are applicable to them or not.

I am a surgeon posted in a district hospital.
I am suffering from kidney disease and will be needing 6 months of leave.
I am in service for 14 years and till date have 300 days of earned leave as well as 240 days of medical leave in hand.
How should I apply for the leave in a staged manner?

She wants to apply for child care leave for looking after the child.

I’m a working in Forest Department as Junior Assistant since 9 years I have been sanctioned earned leave and prepared my bill including Additional HRA allowances. In Forest Department I’m a Range clerk and Range Bill’s are to be passed by Division Office then it should submitted to STO office. Now the Division Superintendent and senior assistant are telling to cut off Additional HRA to claim EL leave salary bill. They are telling to me Additional HRA may not be claimed. Please solve my problem lp
