If the central govt would have decided the same for Sarva siksha primary teachers would not be called responsible for not getting the D.A.even after this move.
Same duty & same quality (as in RTI), same pay scale like the central school be implemented if one want to see equality.

I support the demand of b_roy, which is well justified and legitimate! Primary Teachers should also be taken into consideration! Thank you Mr. Roy for becoming vocal on the issue.
