Hi friends, by the Finance Department (West Bengal) A & E Vide order no 398-F dated 13/9/2012 the Single Comprehensive Pension Form has been revised. The Old Format have already changed and modified vide above mentioned Order No and date.
You can friendly use this attachment file as New and Modified Single Comprehensive Form in Excel (Automatic) calculation of all Pension Papers as required by the Pr.A.G(A&E)W.B. and also include the Original Revised Form in PDF Format in this Zip File.

thanks for preparation excell sheet. it is vv good. i have arequest.
I see one prepared pension paper and consult with a senior man & book found that
in pension &Family Pension Last Pay means (BP+GP+NPA) in case of Doctor. So calculation is if (BP+GP+NPA)=X, then superannuation pension is = (X*Qualifing Service*50)/(20*100)
In gratuity and death gratuity : last pay = (BP+DP+NPA+DA)=X, then, DSP= X*(Q.S.)*2/4
So NPA have some cumulative effect on SALARY,PENSION,GRATUITY.
will you include the NPA in your excell sheet.
