Sir/ Madam,
Am working for Indian Airforce (IAF) as Civilian employee and my probation will end at August 2016. I had applied for NOC at April 2016 to write ISRO exam but they did not approve my NOC saying that “Am still in probation and should apply for any other jobs, only after completion of Probation”. I wrote ISRO exam in April 2016 without NOC. After getting selected in ISRO, I wanted to resign in IAF but if they do not approve my resignation, What should be done as ‘ IAF is not liking to relieve me’ please do the needful..July 9, 2016 at 1:43 pm #81672AnonymousInactiveDuring the probation period generally NOC is not issued. Only Resignation may received. You will get your NOC according to norms and rules of the department.

Sir, Am new to this website and am not able to find it.
August 19, 2016 at 11:31 am #81851AnonymousInactivewhy you want to switch from Indian Airforce (IAF) ?
ISRO have contributory pension scheme only. They have lot of internal rules which prevent employees to attend any interviews or visa processing.
See the Pros and Cons from the person named Roshan here. He resigned from ISRO.
Resigning ISRO!!! Crazy? | For “Truly” TechApril 19, 2017 at 4:18 am #82316AnonymousInactiveSir,
I have joined in NLC India Ltd., as Deputy Medical Officer on 04-01-2017. Before joining the NLC India Ltd., i have applied for the post of Medical Officer SC in ISRO. Now i have received a call letter from ISRO to attend the interview on 24-04-2017 alongwith the NOC of the present employer. When i requested our HR Dept., for issue of NOC they are telling that I am under probation and NOC cannot be issued. When the same was informed to the ISRO Administration they are telling that they require NOC compulsorily. What is the solution for this problem?April 22, 2017 at 4:36 am #82322AnonymousInactiveSir/ Madam,
