    After working in a central University for many years, I have joined other central University through proper channel. At the time of pay protection, anamoly in my past pay was pointed out by current university regarding one increment and the correspondence in this regard was done with previous University. Previous University denied any anamoly and said that the increment given to me was correct. However on the objection of the audit, one increment was deducted from my pay and new pay fixation was done by the current University from the date of joining.
    In the light of above I request your opinion for my question. Can a current University fix my pay instead of protecting the pay from the date of joining? Please guide me with the rule so that further correspondence with my current University can be made.


    Why everyone can’t get an increment 3% for Hons to PG.
    Please give or submit reason. I want G.O. Please post the G.O. number in which it is mentioned that everyone can’t get 3% increment. Can anyone answer this with proper G.O.?
