I am a school (high) teacher. I join my new school on 20.2.13. through mutual transfer. As a result I draw excess salary of 9 days.
How can I refund my excess salary to govt.? Plz answer me as fast as possible. Remember that I draw my salary through zero balance account.

Give an application to your Secretary of M.C through H.M mentioning overdraw amount and pray for adjustment in next month with a receive copy. Then H.M should take the necessary action. He deduct the amount from your next month requisition and the whole matter will reflect in school acquittance roll.

I think the best process is to calculate the amount for nine days salary and deposit it to the treasury by TR FORM NO. 7 and it should be pasted on your SERVICE BOOK.
When the time will come for pension then the audit section will verify it.
How to deposit in treasury, I have written here according to stages.

There is no provision to refund of only HRA. Fill up the proforma and calculate the excess amount you drawn. You try to return within this financial year.
