    I have been appointed by BDO. I am Sri Santu Goswami, Casual workar for Data entry Operator in Bishnupur Development Block. I work till date 30/09/2009 upto date. Am i applicable the govt order memo no. 3105/DP/IR-1/2011 dated 01.11.11. i have no monthly salary. only Proflal as per commission rate.
