i am an assistant teacher of hs section.my date of joining is 16/08/2010.i didnot get a chance to do b.ed still now.will my july 2015 increment stop? according to ROPA 2009 one has to do b.ed within 5 years from the date of joining. but there is a G.O. of 2009 which says that an untrained teacher can get 4 increment in 5 years of service. after that the untrained teacher increment will be stopped. then which is true? is there any way a 3rd teacher can be send to deputation b.ed. why i am going to suffer for a hs teacher who is not getting b.ed chance in college year after year. please reply soon.its urgent.
