          Note D :
(iv) The minimum qualifications referred above apply to teachers of Languages, Social Studies, Mathematics & Science.
          10. Examination structure and content : TET 2015 For Upper Primary Level .
No. of MCQs -150. Duration of Examination : one – and – a – half hours
Paper Name Full Marks Question Type Duration Nature of marking
          i) Child Development & Pedagogy (compulsory). 30 30 MCQs 1 hour and 30 minutes 1 MCQ question carry 1 mark
          ii) Language I (compulsory) . 30 30 MCQs
iii) Language II (compulsory). 30 30 MCQs

after considering the above matter, I can say that his candidature may not be cancelled during verification. Because nowhere is mentioned that to be a Mathematics and Science Teacher, candidate would be a graduate in Science due to be a teacher of UP ( up to class VIII), He may be consider as Any Other Teacher – either (a) or (b)
You may find in the case of appointment for IX to XII, this condition might be mentioned.
