NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the power conferred by the Appeal to the Appellate Authority (Amendment) Rules, 2006 of Government of India (Ministry of Power) and in supersession of Rule 3 of the West Bengal Electricity (manner of service of order of provisional assessment and appellate authority) Rules, 2003 and all notifications issued thereunder, the Governor is hereby pleased to notify that each of the following officials of the electricity utilities shall function as appellate authorities under section 127 of the Electricity Act, 2003:
