NOTIFICATION

To
The Heads of all recognized Secondary
Institutions In West Bengal.

In compliance with the direction of the Secretary, School Education Department, Govt. of West Bengal, vide Memo No. 331-SSE/14 dated 14.06.2014, all Government, Government Sponsored and Non-Government aided and unaided schools (Primary to Higher Secondary) will remain closed from 16th June 2014 to 25th June, 2014 due to extreme hot conditions prevailing in the State and to protect school children.

Admission process will continue as per schedule in Higher Secondary Schools.

This is issued in partial modification of the previous notification No. 114/Admin/14 dated 14/06/2014.

NOTIFICATION

To
The Heads of all recognized Secondary
Institutions In West Bengal.

In compliance with the direction of the Secretary, School Education Department, Govt. of West Bengal, vide Memo No. 327(3)-SSE/14 dated 13.06.2014, the classes will remain suspended in all Government, Government Sponsored and Non-Government aided and unaided schools (Primary to Higher Secondary) from 16th June 2014 to 25th June, 2014 because of prevailing heat wave across the State. Teachers will attend schools during this period.

Admission process will continue as per schedule in Higher Secondary Schools as usual.
