All schools now run by private Organisations/Individuals as unaided schools shall have to submit their applications for recognition in the prescribed format online through the School Education Department’s web portal http://www.wbsed.gov.in within a period of three months. https://wbxpress.com/application-for-recognition-of-un-aided-schools/

The circular no 424(85) was published with the date 07-05-2012.
The schools are instructed to submit their application within 3( three )months. But what is the meaning of the words in the bracket[ (period of three months (i.e. within 15.06.2012) positively from the date of publication of RTE Rules, 2012 )]

Sir,
We have deposited the fee of Rs 3000/- by way of T. R. Form No 7 (rural area) for Recognition of Dr. Gupta Primary School , Subal jote, Matigara, Siliguri, but the previous person In- charge did not fill in any form to submit at your office. I want to know if we could submit the form now and have the school name changed while paying the required fee once again. and Sir, I would be grateful for your valuable instruction, on who to meet and the address of the office to contact at Siliguri. as our school is in Darjeeling District.

Sir,
We had deposited the Rs. 3000.00 by T.R. Form No.7 and on the last day we went to submit the form, we were told that we should deposit Rs. 7000.00. And it was big communication mistake, we had deposited the amount Rs. 3000.00 and Rs. 7000.00. But Form is not filled what should we do now ?
