I , Pijush kr. Sarkar, a VLE of panisala Grampanchayat, under Cooch Behar Block-I,District Cooch Behar, want to consult all the VLE members for a case file in high Court. Because nobody(unions) help us about our present situation. in this circumstances our position is very bad.

I am working in a Andharia Gram Panchayat from May, 2008 now working as VLE (Village Level Entrepreneur) under MGNREGA Scheme from 2009 according to order of P&RD dept, West Bengal, department says that VLE will get his wage according to his entry of Muster Roll which is most necessary to get fund from Central and State can use 6% contingency only for computerization. But VLE’s are not getting his minimum wage, when a VLE is almost computer trained and literate. Now I want to know, whether VLE’s of West Bengal will be benefited from the Finance department order memo no-8606(19)-RDINREGAII8M-05108 dt. 15.03.2010, please response as soon as possible.
