Ref: Hon’ble District Magistrate’s letter number 1390(26)/G-MDM dated 22/7/13& letter number 419(19) dated 18.7.13 of Secretary to the Government of school education.
Sub: Inspection regarding all schools to check the functioning of CMDMP with special emphasis on Hygienic and safety.
As per the above noted ref number and as per the letter of secretary to the Government of school education, the undersigned has to inform him that there are some lacunas in the MDM Programme under this district, these are “interruption in serving meals, irregularity in supply of food grains, delay in receiving of cooking cost, poor quality of meals, safety and hygiene found poor, irregular in payment to cook cum helpers, no inspection by the District/ Block officials, school health card not maintained and micro nutrients not given”.
So, The undersigned has to request to Additional District Inspector of Schools (S.E), Gangarampur Sub Division & AI/S (SE) Balurghat Sub Division to inspect all the secondary schools under his jurisdiction with the help of the AI/S (Block) and submit the X&Y format to the office of the undersigned within 7 days.
The Sub Inspector of schools (PE) are requested to inspect all the secondary schools under his jurisdiction where AI/S (Block) are not posted and submit the X&Y format to the office of the undersigned within 7 days.
This is extremely urgent.
