Subject: Non-collection of Admit Cards for Madhyamik Pariksha (S.E.), 2026 of applicants through special window to enrol (12 noon 27.01.2026 to 12 noon 28.01.2026)
In connection with this office Memo No. D.S(C)/037/26 dated 24.01.2026, it has been observed that 86 out of 954 schools have not yet collected till 8 PM 31.01.2026 the Admit Cards for their enrolled candidates between 12 noon 27.01.2026 to 12 noon 28.01.2026 appearing for the Madhyamik Pariksha (S.E.), 2026.
The Heads of the concerned Institutions, list attached herewith, (or their authorized representatives) are hereby requested to collect the admit cards for interest of the examinees of Madhyamik Pariksha (SE), 2026 between 2PM to 5PM on 01.02.2026. The concerned Head of the Institution of the school otherwise shall remain liable for the non-appearance of such 103 candidates in the Madhyamik Pariksha (SE), 2026. Disciplinary action, as per extent rule, shall be applicable as notified earlier, upon the concerned school authority.
