You can be infected by breathing in the virus if you are within close proximity of someone who has COVID-19, or by touching a contaminated surface and then your eyes, nose or mouth.
All shops, commercial establishments, offices and factories, workshops, godowns etc shall close their operations. People are required to stay at home and come out only for basic services while strictly following social distancing guidelines issued earlier.
Only asymptomatic and fully vaccinated people should preferably attend the public gatherings following covid appropriate behaviour.
Daily attendance should be reduced by 50%. In order to achieve this, the existing Human Resources (HR) should be put to duty on weekly rotation basis so that they attend office on alternate weeks.
Whereas since the COVID-19 pandemic crisis is grave, all persons are to strictly comply with COVID-19 safety norms of wearing facial mask and maintaining social distance whenever they go out in public place;
It is ordered to shut all restaurants, pubs, bars, clubs, night clubs, Hookah Bars, massage parlours, amusement parks, museums, zoos with effect from 0600 hours of 22.03.2020.
On and from 19th March 2020 all employees except those working in the departments providing emergency services and those whose services are essentially required by the higher authority, shall be allowed to leave office at 04.00 PM.
