The benefits of the West Bengal Services (Revision of Pay and Allowances) Rules, 2019 may be applied mutatis-mutandis towards revision of scale of pay of the employees in the Govt. approved posts in the Institute of Historical Studies, Kolkata.
The officer holding the post of Sub Editor, Translator, News Analyst may exercise option to come under ROPA, 2009 on the basis of such notional pay in relaxation of note 4 below Rule-6 of WBS (ROPA) Rules ’09.
Implementation of Revised Scale of Pay (ROPA-2009) in DA getting & Anglo-Indian Schools (both Primary and Secondary) so as to be considered for further enhancement of DA as may be announced in due course.
Remaining 50% of the third instalment of arrear of ROPA ’09, will be paid to the Other than State Government employees in the month of September, 2012.
District Information & Cultural Officer may exercise option to come under the said revised scale of pay as has been allowed vide this Department’s Order No. 546-ICA dt. 27.2.09 w.e.f. any date between 1.1.96 to 1.1.97.
The pre-revised pay Scale No. 14 shall take effect from 01.01.1996 notionally and actually w.e.f. 01.01.2008. All other terms and conditions as laid down in the W.B.S. (ROPA) Rules, 1998 shall apply mutatis-mutandis.
50% of third installment of arrear released for State-aided Organizations, Statutory Organizations, Boards, Corporations, State Government Undertakings etc.
On the basis of unrevised pay in the unrevised pay scale under W.B.S. (ROPA) Rules, 1990, pay is to be fixed in the revised scale as is allowed vice Finance Department Memo No. 2540-F(P) dated 05.04.2010.
Governor is pleased to declare that the special pay of Rs. 120/- p.m. for Head Estimator, shall be treated as Additional Remuneration w.e.f. 01.01.1996.
The Pension/ Family Pension of the Pensioners/ Family Pensioners guided under French Pension Rules shall be consolidated w.e.f. 01.01.2020 by multiplying the existing Pension/ Family Pension due on 31.12.2019 with 2.57.
