My friend is a HT of a Pry. School.
His date of joining – 21/11/95
Normal increment – 1st July
Basic Pay (June ’13) – 13930
Joined as HT – 20/7/2010
How / When he will get 18-years benifit ?
Normal increment or 18 years benifit , which one should he consider first ?
Please give advice with detail calculation.

I think his present grade pay is 2800. If present grade pay is 2800 then his basic pay as
on 01.07.2013 will be 14350 for normal increment.
on 21.11.2013 will be 14880 for 18 year benefit.
