Admission to 2 years D.El.Ed Course, 2013-15

pls let me know as per the new rule if a candidate does not get 50% in HS still eligible for primary teacher if he is a graduate. but d el ed colleges ask for at least 50% in HS. if if somebody is appointed as primary teacher how will he do d.el.ed?will he loose his job?
