A GROUP D EMPLOYEE (DARWAN) JOINED ON 04/11/1989.
ON 03/11/1999, HE IS GIVEN FIRST HIGHER SCALE ON COMPLETION OF 10 YEARS.
ON 03/11/2005, HE IS GIVEN 2ND HIGHER SCALE ON COMPLETION OF 16 YEARS.
ON 27/12/2010, HE PROMOTED TO CASH SARKAR POST WITH GRADE PAY ENHANCEMENT FROM 1800 TO 1900.
ON 03/11/2014, HE IS GIVEN 25 YEARS CAS BENEFIT .
i just want know in which circumstances, this may happen. Provided he is given promotion, should he be entitled to CAS benefit of 25 yerasThe Grade Pay of her promotional post is same to his 2nd higher scale. So he is entitled to get 25 yrs benefits, if the grade pay of his promotional post same or higher than his 3 rd higher scale, he was not entitled to get 25 yrs benefits
