Engagement of Software Personnel in e-Governance Project

I am a Data Entry Operator of Gram Panchayat in my village working since 2008.
The question is that we are of full importance in MGNREGS Data entry in all Gram Panchayat Offices also we are known as VLE’s. & have been working on entry rate basis through Block Office our engagement is from Block Office please help us all.

Have been working as a Computer Operator (Now as a VLE) of Gosairhat Gram Panchayat (Dist.- Cooch Behar) since 31st May’2007. The question is that we are of full importance in MGNREGS Data entry and other’s entry in all Gram Panchayat Offices also we are known as VLE’s. & have been working on entry rate basis through Block Office . Our engagement is from Block Office. Please help us.

I am engaged as a computer Operator at Govt. College of Physical Education for Women, Dinhata Dist. Cooch Behar since October, 2011 and I am also operating COSA software (Which is a project of NIC) to prepare Salary bills, entry employees particular data, of this college. I am a graduate and having One year computer application certificate I want to know that the above said order(No.5859-F(Y)dated.22/07/2013) is applicable for me? plz reply in my email.

Presently working Data Entry Operators and Computer Operators are requested to necessarily send their Name, Address and Phone Numbers to this email address and add us in your google circle as creating a circle named ‘DEO Circle’.
We are looking that in there are no positive possibilities for us and allover WB, when Hon’ble Governor has passed our professional fees’ increment order @Rs. 11,000/- (Rupees eleven thousand) only without all facilities for freshers, but till many DEOs, VLEs, COs are not getting the sanctioned professional fees.
And also to be mentioned that in this costly market and where poor people are living in maximity and education classes are not so strong, The Hon’ble Governor have to consider the education qualification for engagement of a DEO, VLE or CO an engagement to be Higher Secondary.
If it happens, the social and family economy would be better than at present’s situation.
This is our request to the Hon’ble Governor, and we need all your supports from you, because, we need to apply about this matter to the Hon’ble Governor, West Bengal.
