Seniority mane present schooler na total length of whole service perioder?
are the teachers recruited through MC also eligible for general transfer?
Headmaster of my school retired. I am eligible for general transfer and I am in the 25% of Senior Teachers.The secretary assured me that he would give me NOC for general transfer but delayed to give.On 10th february he had told me that he would give me on the next day.Today he ignores to give NOC. What can I do now?

SIR, I have joined in previous school as an assistant teacher in English( pass) on 2004, after that i have got M.A scale in English through the ssc on 2009. Will it be my experience at present school or my total experience?
