Is is possible to take mutual transfer among three persons i.e person 1 is interested in person 2 place ,person 2 in person 3 and person 3 in person 1’s place in circular manner.
Not at all. In the notice and the form of application for Mutual Transfer it has been explicitly mentioned. More on that, one can put only one name in the space provided against the clause No. 09 and one school in that against No. 10.
