By which order of Finance Department Grade-I post of various cadres has been created and what is the percentage of grade I cadre with respect to original cadre strength. Please attach the order if available.
Ratio of the Basic Grade post and the Grade-I posts varies from cadre to cadre. In some cases, it is 2:1, somewhere it’s calculated on the basis of 4:3:1. Which cadre do you concern about?
