What is the latest news about the primary teacher’s training and qualification upgradation .when the up gradation will be started?
there is no news except the course started already.. & the exam commence from 13th Nov. 2013

Candidate who need to upgrade to HS with 50% can register their name for online admission in the Rabindra open school website or directly to credit transfer facility is also available.
The following guideline should be remembered:
Be ready with scan copy of the following documents and a demand draft of Rs. 6000 (Rupees Six Thousand Only) in favour of “THE RABINDRANATH STATE COUNCIL OF OPEN SCHOOLING FUND” (In case the demand draft is not received by this Council the admission of the candidate will be treated as cancelled)
(1) Your passport size photograph
(2) Admit Card or Certificate of Madhyamik / Equivalent Examination
(3) Full Signature of the applicant
Upload formats (JPG/PNG/GIF) and file size should be below 500 KB per picture.

There are some important instruction for the candidate:
A)Those candidates who have passed Madhyamik/Equivalent Examination are eligible for admission to general Higher Secondary admission. There is no upper age limit. [Only Class X Passed – 1st option]
B)Those candidates who have not scored 50 percent / 45 percent (for SC/ST/OBC/physically challenged) marks in any subject at the Higher Secondary examination will have to reappear in the Higher Secondary examination in all subjects. [Class XII passed and not 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC/physically challenged) in any subjects – 2nd Option]
C)Those applicants who have scored more than 50 percent / 45 percent (for SC/ST/OBC/physically challenged) in few subjects but have failed to secure 50 percent / 45 percent (for SC/ST/OBC/physically challenged) in aggregate, have the option for credit transfer. [Class XII passed and 50%(45% for SC/ST/OBC/physically challenged) in few subjects – 3rd Option]
If the aforesaid candidates secure 50 percent / 45 percent (for SC/ST/OBC/physically challenged) in the aggregate at Higher Secondary Examination will have to submit previous passed Higher Secondary Marksheet and Certificates at the West Bengal Council of Rabindra Open Schooling Office against which new Marksheet and Certificate will be issued.
D)Those candidates who have not passed Higher Secondary Examination will be given credit transfer facility subject to submission of failed Higher Secondary Marksheet in original along with Demand draft. In case this is not done, admission of the candidate will be treated as cancelled. [Class XII appear but failed – 4th Option]
The benefit of credit transfer will be given in those subjects in which a candidate has been declared qualified for obtaining at least 30% marks. Number of credit transfer subjects varies from different Board/Council. For example candidates from WBCROS will get credit transfer upto four subjects but candidates from WBCHE will be eligible for credit transfer upto three subjects. Credit transfer benefit will be extended to those subjects which are under the West Bengal Council of Rabindra Open Schooling curriculum.
If all necessary documents are not available, the admission of the candidate will be treated as cancelled.
