Please tell me the necessary papers to take with me when I leave my school to rejoin at new one for service continuation.
Re: Service Continuation
1) Release Order and M.C. Resolution.
2) L.P.C. ( duly countersigned by the D.I. , in case the change of district.)
3) Service Book ( duly countersigned by the D.I. , in case the change of district.)
4) P.F. statement by the school. ( later, the amount deposited by you with interest)any others school related papers like m.c. Resolutions?
1) Copy of the M.C.Resolution accepting your resignation,
2) Release Order indicating No. and Date of the M.C.resolution,
3) Service book (Counter signed by the D.I.of schools)
4) Last Pay Certificate (Counter signed by the D.I.of schools),
5) P.F. withdrawal accrued with interest till date,
6) Others necessary documents and papers as required.
