Notification
The issue of revision of the cost ceiling limit for construction/ acquisition of house/ flat has been under active consideration of the State Government for sometime past.
After careful consideration of the matter, the Governor is now pleased to decide to abolish the upper cost ceiling limit for construction/ acquisition of house/ flat funded from all sources by the employees, with immediate effect. Notwithstanding anything contained in any other Government Order in this regard, the Provision in this Department Memo No. 317-F.B. dated 18/05/2009, thus stand amended.
