Camps/ Collection Centers of Project Answer Papers of WBCHSE

If any student fails to secure 30% in any Project Paper of a subject or Absent in any Project Paper of a subject then he/she will be declared unsuccessful/ failed in the examination and will appear at the next HS Examination.

NOTIFICATION

With reference to the Notification bearing No. DS(Exam)/45/2014 dated 09.12.2014 published in the Council’s website regarding collection of answer scripts/note books in Project Papers of non-lab-based subjects, following information is given.

Before submission, marks obtained in Project paper, should be mentioned in the Project Note Book/ answer script;

a) To declare a student successful, the student must secure minimum thirty per cent marks in Project Paper separately. If any student fails to secure thirty percent in any Project Paper of a subject or Absent in any Project Paper of a subject then he/she will be declared unsuccessful/failed in the examination and will appear at the next HS Examination;

b) A statement, in duplicate, mentioning the name and registration number of the student, institution wise and subject wise, will be prepared by the institutions and will be submitted to the Regional office of the Council at the time of submission of such scripts/note books;

c) Following Camps/ Collection venues will be organized by the Regional Offices on Feb. 05 & 06, 2015 to receive Project Note Books;

d) The institution has the liberty to submit these scripts/note books to any of the Collection venues as they will deem fit;
