Sub: Correction of Registration Certificate of Class-IX for academic session 2025

Registration Certificates of the students of your school for the academic session 2025 (Class-IX) are to be handed over to you or your authorized representative by the Board from the respective Camp Office on 12th and 13th December, 2025 (Friday & Saturday).

You are, therefore, requested to verify the name along with the photograph of the candidates and the relevant data in the Registration Certificate of the candidates belonging to your school with the relevant document with much care.

If there is any case printed on the summary of the Registration Certificate with Registration number but not found in the packet, please submit the “Individual Form” (School Copy) lying with you along with one Black & White Photograph of the concerned candidate(s) and Despatch Statement of Registration to concerned Regional Office of the Board within 7 working days from the receiving of the Registration Certificates.

If any other corrections of Registration Certificate(s) is/are required, you are requested to contact the respective Regional Council Office of this Board on and from 2nd March, 2026 to 13th March, 2026 (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & holidays) with necessary prayer for correction supported by documentary evidence with requisite fees.
