To enquire into complaints regarding contravention of the provisions of this Act, and to convey its findings to the concerned authorities with recommendations requiring further action.
The ‘Tamang Development and Cultural Board’ was constituted vide resolution No. 33-TDD/6S-80/13(Pt.-l) dated the 27th June, 2014 duly published in the Kolkata Gazette on 16th July, 2014.
The beneficiaries of this scheme are the students of whose parents are flayers, tanners, scavengers, waste picking/ collecting or engaged in similar other profession.
Governor is pleased to establish ‘The West Bengal Mangar Development Board’ with its Head Office in Kalimpong, Darjeeling, West Bengal under the administrative control of BCWD.
