This accords top priority to management of referred children, screened for 4 Ds (Defects at birth, Deficiency, Diseases of childhood and Developmental delay including disabilities) by the mobile health teams under RBSK.
User charges imposed in all the secondary and primary hospitals of the State is withdrawn to allow free diagnostics, pathology, therapeutic & surgeries and beds.
Submit the application from eligible Ward Masters along with their relevant testimonials for consideration of promotion of Ward Masters to the post of Assistant Superintendent (NM)
Officers of the West Bengal Dental Education Service and West Bengal Dental Service cadre to move to pre-revised scale No. 19 (Pay Band No – 5 with Grade Pay – 8700/-) who have completed 25 years of continuous and satisfactory service with effect from – 1.12.2012.
Selection as Trainee Reserve will be strictly on the basis of merit, i.e. marks obtained in concerned Entrance Examination. Candidates should apply for obtaining No Objection Certificate in the prescribed format enclosed together with this.
Govt. of India will directly supply PTKs to the state. The State should ensure that 5% of total stock of PTKs is kept as buffer stock and rest will be supplied to the district based on its projected requirement.
Paying beds and cabins have now been converted into free beds. Superintendent of hospitals should allot these free beds for maternity, paediatrics and other IPD services to ease out congestion.
Provided that the persons holding posts of Readers and Lecturers in the teaching group of the former West Bengal (Basic Grade) Dental Service shall also be eligible to exercise option under these rules.
Sixty percent of the revenue collected by the Blood Banks and retained by the respective RKS, will be utilized exclusively for the use of the Blood Banking activities, by the Hospital Authorities.
