Annual Academic Calendar for the Academic Session, 2017 has been prepared for smooth functioning of day to day academic activities of Madrasahs of West Bengal.
Head of the Madrasahs are requested to collect the Admit Cards of High Madrasah, Alim and Fazil Examination – 2016 from respective Distribution Centre from 5th February, 2016.
Postponement of Election for Constitution/ Reconstitution of the Managing Committee/ Ad-hoc committee/ Organizing Committee/ Administrator up to 23.07.2019 of Recognised Junior High, High and Senior Madrasah in view of ensuing Parliamentary Election 2019.
The enrolment of class I to class X is required to be furnished as on 31.03.2015. The enrolment figure of class XI and class XII is to be furnished separately as on 31.03.2015.
Various preparatory activities in connection with the General Elections to the Lok Sabha 2014 are going on in full swing at present in all the districts of West Bengal as per the Standing instructions of the Election Commission of India. One of the important preparatory activities is the finalization of the list of Polling Stations.

As per Examination Provision, a Centre Committee has been formed, for smooth conduct of the ensuing High Madrasah, Alim and Fazil Examination – 2019. The Members of that Committee are as follows:
Students who are pursuing Higher Secondary or Under Graduate/ Post Graduate or equivalent courses under recognized Boards/ Universities of West Bengal and other states are eligible.
