Governor is pleased to appoint the first day of March, 2012 as the date on which the provisions of the West Bengal Staff Selection Commission Act, 2011 shall come into force.

Constitution of West Bengal Information Commission
Governor is pleased hereby to constitute with immediate effect, a body to be known as the West Bengal Information Commission with its headquarters at Kolkata.
