For the Children having problems with movement, The School should have ramp, and the H.M will try to arrange the class for the particular student in the ground floor as far as possible.
For all the eligible students of classes, score card/ mark sheet should be issued by the concerned Head of the Institution. For class X students of Academic year 2021 (score card of class IX, 2020) may be issued to them respectively.

In case of Vocational Category, rank immediate next to the last cut-off, and so on in descending order of the Merit List of Vocational Category will be selected from the Vocational Category Waiting List only.

Registered Para-Teachers of all districts will positively contact their respective Sub-Inspector of Schools on 08/05/2017 at 12 Noon for knowing about their allotted Study Centre.
The HM/TIC of all schools (excluding Madrasah and High Madrasah) of Sunderban Region is requested to submit the names of eligible girl students of class IX of the concerned school through online and off-line mode within 31.05.2013.
The School ground should not be utilised for election meeting /activities without permission of concerned Sub-divisional officer. The School MC will forward the NOC to SDO in this regard.
Age while admission of Children in Pre-Primary Class should be appropriate as per RTE Act to provide universal elementary education to all children of the age of 6-14 yrs free of cost.
Some rectifications in the revised Annual Calender for 2013 and some additions in Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) system from Class V to Class VIII already intimated earlier for effective implementation of the system.
