All children from 6-14 years shall be admitted to their age appropriate classes in neighbour-hood schools, and elementary education including pre-primary education shall be provided to them free of cost.

Notification for Online Admission to Two Year D.El.Ed. Course (Regular/ face to face mode) for the session 2018-2020 in the Institutions recognized by the NCTE and affiliated to WBBPE.

Selection of Study Centres of the Two Year D. El. Ed. Course through ODL Mode for Registered eligible In-service Para Teachers will commence from 25.04.2017 and end on 02.05.2017.
D.El.Ed. Part-II Examination (Theoretical papers), 2016 (Old Syllabus) for the Session: 2013-2015 of Continuing Candidates will be held on and from 21st April 2017.
Marksheets of D.El.Ed. Part-I Examination, 2015, session 2014-2016 will be available from office of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education on and from 21.02.2017 to 28.02.2017.
