Attention: All Head of the Institutions (HOIs), Venue Supervisors and Centre Secretaries connected with ensuing H.S. Examinations, 2026
The undersigned is to inform all the above mentioned HOIs and Examination Personnel that the deliverables (e.g. Admit Card of H.S. Examination under Old System, Practical Question Papers of H.S. Examinations, Practical Answer Scripts, ASR, Top Sheet, D. R. Summary, Confidential Room Poster, No Electronic Gadget Poster, Venue Supervisor Format, Seal Opening Format, Blank Envelope, Council Logo Cello tape, etc.) of the forthcoming H.S. Examinations will be handed over to the authorized representatives of the respective schools/ venues from different distribution camps on 28th January, 2026 (Wednesday) at and from 11.00 am. The list of distribution camps is uploaded herewith for ready reference.
All concerned are requested to collect examination materials from the respective distribution camps on the above mentioned date positively and take further necessary action accordingly.
