MEMORANDUM
SUB: Execution of works related to “Amader Para, Amader Samadhan“
In order to expand participatory governance in developing/ maintaining grassroots infrastructure of the State, a new initiative in the name of “Amader Para Amader Samadhan (APAS)” has been introduced as a flagship scheme of the Government of West Bengal.
The detailed modalities and operational guidelines pertaining to the scheme have been notified in Finance Department Memo No. 3133-F(Y) dated 22/08/2025.
Further to the procedural framework and implementation mechanisms already elaborated in the above memo, it has been decided that the Works Executing Departments of the Government shall, on priority basis, vet the finalized demands in respect of the APAS scheme in line with FD Memo No. 30-F(Y) dated 05/01/2021, P&RD Memo No. 1974/PN dated 18/08/2017, and other relevant Government Orders issued in this regard.
