ORDER
In partial modification of all previous orders relating to the technical vetting power of the engineers under the Panchayat set-up, the Governor is hereby pleased to revise the financial limit relating to any technical vetting in case of the Nirman Sahayaks working in the Gram Panchayats.
The financial limit in connection with the technical vetting of any scheme for the Sub-Assistant Engineers, Assistant Engineers, Executive Engineers and Superintendent Engineers working under the Panchayats & Rural Development Department will remain unchanged.
Details of the financial limit relating to the above are given below.
A. For Earth Works

This has the concurrence of the Finance Department U.O. No. Group T/2017-2018/0391 dated 10.08.2017 modified with the Order of Finance Department No. 5458-F (Y) dated 27.06.2012.
This order will take immediate effect.
