NOTIFICATION

Subject: Online Enrolment Process for Madhyamik Pariksha (SE) 2026

Further to the Notification No. EMU/C/34 dated 23.04.2025, all concerned are hereby informed of the following important changes:

Online Enrolment Process for Madhyamik Pariksha (SE), 2026

  • The enrolment process for eligible candidates (Regular, Continuing, and Compartmental) as per Gazette Notification No. S/488 dated 03.07.2001 vide Clause 17 & 18 and as amended vide Gazette Notification No. S/210 dated 23.10.2008, for appearing at the Madhyamik Pariksha (Secondary Examination), 2026, will be conducted entirely online on and from 11 AM, 02.12.2025 and will continue till 12 Midnight of 19.12.2025. Schools must complete this process through the website: www.wbbsedata.com. Detailed instructions and guidelines for the enrolment process can be accessed in the Instruction Tab of the website. Schools are advised to follow these instructions very carefully to ensure accurate and timely enrolment of candidates.
  • The Board shall also introduce the Application and Certificate process for CWSN candidates in the above noted website. Please ensure every CWSN candidate of the school is facilitated to avail the said online process without any hassle. Detail guidelines will be available separately in the instruction tab of the website.

For any assistance or queries, as per applicable rules, schools need to reach out to the Examination Section of the Board only by email: wbbseregtn9@gmail.com. All concerned are hereby requested strictly adhere with utmost care to the above notified schedule and complete the process as per the guidelines given, in the interest of the students. Laxity or non-compliance in the enrolment process, by any stakeholder, causing hardship for any student or for the Board, shall be delt by the Board suitably as per relevant provisions of Act/Rules, as the case be.
